Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Reference & Mood Boards: Research and identify visual references that align with our brand’s identity. Develop mood boards to visually represent concepts and ideas.
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual content, including photography, video, graphics, and multimedia assets for social media platforms.
- Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, occasions, and trips. Ensure that visual content is compelling and aligns with our personal branding strategy.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) to design, edit, and enhance visual content. Maintain a high level of proficiency in these tools to produce polished and professional designs.
- Event Coverage: Attend events and trips to capture real-time content. Create engaging visuals that highlight our presence and contribute to our personal branding efforts.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and manage content for social media pages. Ensure all visual content is consistent with our branding and communication strategies.
- Aesthetic Sense: Apply a strong aesthetic sense to all visual design work, ensuring content is visually appealing and on-brand
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in personal branding, photography, and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design, photography, and videography.
- Experience in creating mood boards and curating content for social media platforms.
- Ability to capture and create content in dynamic environments, including events and trips.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for events and other related activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for visual content.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
