Responsibilities
- Manage & Optimize Workflow Systems
- Organize and maintain digital workspaces (ClickUp or other platforms) to ensure a clean, efficient, and scalable system.
- Continuously assess and recommend new tools or platforms if they better serve business needs.
- Workflow Automation & Process Improvement
- Build, refine, and troubleshoot automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Analyze existing workflows and propose enhancements to optimize productivity across teams.
- Integrate platforms and automate cross-system processes where possible.
- System Maintenance & Scalability
- Ensure platforms remain structured and up to date as company needs evolve.
- Monitor performance and adjust automations for better functionality.
- Training & Support
- Assist teams in understanding and using automation tools effectively.
- Provide ongoing guidance and documentation for best practices.
- Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and data management within automation tools.
- Generate insights for better decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong expertise in workflow automation platforms (ClickUp, Zoho, Xero, Slack, etc.).
- Experience in process optimization and automation across digital workspaces.
- Ability to structure, organize, and manage complex task systems efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot automation issues.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of API integrations, Zapier, Xero, Slack (nice to have but not required)
