Location: Menara Zurich, Johor / Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account & Finance Management:
    • Oversee and manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, claims, and reconciliations for the company.
    • Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Address any discrepancies or issues related to finances and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  2. Business Development & Collaboration:
    • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with company goals.
    • Contact and liaise with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to explore opportunities and develop relationships.
    • Support in the negotiation of contracts and agreements to secure business opportunities and revenue growth.
  3. Event Support & Coordination:
    • Assist in the logistics and operational support for events once a deal or collaboration is finalized.
    • Work with the events team to ensure the smooth execution of business-related events such as product launches, conferences, and partner meetings.
    • Manage event-related finances, including budgeting and ensuring all payments and claims are handled appropriately.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with teams across the company (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on business goals and successful project execution.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting on business development progress and financial status.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Recommend and implement improvements to finance and business development processes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and financial best practices.
