Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Verify invoices against supporting documents (PO, DO, contracts).

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Issue invoices and monitor collections.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support cashflow management.

3. General Ledger & Reporting

  • Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Support preparation of financial reports and schedules.

4. Compliance & Administration

  • Assist with GST filing and audit preparation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

5. Ad-hoc

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Assist with other finance/admin duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, with strong written and spoken English proficiency, is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Basic knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of SG tax law is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Well-organized with good time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales designer team. This includes but is not limited to settlement of invoices, data entry of coversheets to calculate commissions, scanning documents onto cloud software and managing paperwork.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Prepare and send invoices & receipts to clients/customers, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank records.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist our accountants with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Reports & Data Submission:

  • Timely submission of data required by management and assist in providing accurate information for report drafting.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and financial planning activities.

Cash Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial and administrative processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably with experience handling a full set of accounts.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and financial reporting practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software (XERO and SQL)Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to improve our website traffic, search engine rankings, and overall online presence. This role will focus on search engine optimization (SEO), website analytics, keyword research, and content performance to drive qualified leads and brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve Google search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing search terms.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the content team to optimize web content, blog articles, and landing pages for SEO.

Job Description:

ClickUp Setup & System Management

  • Build and maintain ClickUp spaces, custom fields, dashboards, and views.
  • Manage ClickUp automations, user access, and ensure system hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment with company SOPs.

Email Handling IT Support

  • Handle all incoming emails: log enquiries into ClickUp, assign leads, or redirect to relevant teams.
  • Support IT related issues, platform access, and liaise with vendors or internal stakeholders for troubleshooting.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding and support ad-hoc admin tasks related to workflows, SOPs, or system maintenance.

Lead Allocation & Tracking

  • Assign leads to designers based on internal workflow rules.
  • Track lead updates, flag delays or irregularities to designers, internal stakeholders or CS team.
  • Maintain clean data records and support internal dashboards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for management review.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient in ClickUp (or other project management tools), Slack, and Google Workspace.
