Key Responsibilities:
- Account & Finance Management:
- Oversee and manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, claims, and reconciliations for the company.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to finances and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Business Development & Collaboration:
- Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with company goals.
- Contact and liaise with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to explore opportunities and develop relationships.
- Support in the negotiation of contracts and agreements to secure business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Event Support & Coordination:
- Assist in the logistics and operational support for events once a deal or collaboration is finalized.
- Work with the events team to ensure the smooth execution of business-related events such as product launches, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Manage event-related finances, including budgeting and ensuring all payments and claims are handled appropriately.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Manage & Optimize Workflow Systems
- Organize and maintain digital workspaces (ClickUp or other platforms) to ensure a clean, efficient, and scalable system.
- Continuously assess and recommend new tools or platforms if they better serve business needs.
- Workflow Automation & Process Improvement
- Build, refine, and troubleshoot automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Analyze existing workflows and propose enhancements to optimize productivity across teams.
- Integrate platforms and automate cross-system processes where possible.
- System Maintenance & Scalability
- Ensure platforms remain structured and up to date as company needs evolve.
- Monitor performance and adjust automations for better functionality.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong expertise in workflow automation platforms (ClickUp, Zoho, Xero, Slack, etc.).
- Experience in process optimization and automation across digital workspaces.
- Ability to structure, organize, and manage complex task systems efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot automation issues.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Interior Styling:
- Develop and execute styling concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Curate furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork, and accessories to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Work closely with interior designers and project managers to align styling concepts with the overall design vision.
Furniture and Product Sourcing:
- Research and source furniture, accessories, and décor from high-quality brands and suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture trends, materials, and innovative design pieces.
- Develop strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure the best quality and pricing.
Supplier and Vendor Collaboration:
- Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, and third-party vendors to coordinate the procurement and delivery of styling elements.
- Negotiate pricing, manage orders, and ensure timely deliveries to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with vendors to create custom furniture or bespoke items when necessary.
Client Collaboration:

Project Management:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interior Stylist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of furniture brands, materials, and design trends.

- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and manage content for social media pages. Ensure all visual content is consistent with our branding and communication strategies.
- Aesthetic Sense: Apply a strong aesthetic sense to all visual design work, ensuring content is visually appealing and on-brand
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in personal branding, photography, and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design, photography, and videography.

- Meeting client and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Color Scheme Specifications based on customer’s needs.
- To prepare 2D/3D design concepts and space planning
- Responsible to achieve personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.

- Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales designer team.
- This includes but is not limited to settlement of invoices, data entry of coversheets to calculate commissions, scanning documents onto cloud software and managing paperwork.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Prepare and send invoices & receipts to clients/customers, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- General Ledger Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank records.
- Reconcile accounts and assist our accountants with month-end and year-end closing processes.
