Job Description:

ClickUp Setup & System Management

  • Build and maintain ClickUp spaces, custom fields, dashboards, and views.
  • Manage ClickUp automations, user access, and ensure system hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment with company SOPs.

Email Handling IT Support

  • Handle all incoming emails: log enquiries into ClickUp, assign leads, or redirect to relevant teams.
  • Support IT related issues, platform access, and liaise with vendors or internal stakeholders for troubleshooting.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding and support ad-hoc admin tasks related to workflows, SOPs, or system maintenance.

Lead Allocation & Tracking

  • Assign leads to designers based on internal workflow rules.
  • Track lead updates, flag delays or irregularities to designers, internal stakeholders or CS team.
  • Maintain clean data records and support internal dashboards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for management review.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient in ClickUp (or other project management tools), Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using Slack and Google Drive, and open to learning new tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to task execution.
  • Fast learner with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail oriented, organised, and systematic in managing tasks.
  • Able to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Comfortable working across teams and supporting general IT and operational needs.

    Job Descriptions:

    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and translate them into clear design concepts.

    2. Develop comprehensive design proposals, including space planning, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.

    3. Produce complete technical documentation such as detailed drawings, elevations and material specifications.

    4. Source and select materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures in line with proposed design concept and budget.

    5. Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure accurate communication and smooth project execution.

    6. Conduct site visits to review progress, verify measurements, and ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.

    7. Review drawings, samples, and fabrication details to confirm consistency with approved designs and compliance with regulations.

    8. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, documentation preparation, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

    9. Maintain organised project records, presentation materials, and documentation for client submissions or authority requirements.

    10. Work collaboratively with Senior Designers or Project Leads while independently managing assigned tasks or smaller project scopes.

    11. Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude consistent with the company’s culture and expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within a commercial design practice.
    • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, feasible plans.
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona and 3Ds Max.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
    • Familiarity with local building regulations, design standards, and accessibility requirements.
    • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage, particularly for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
