Job Description

System Setup & Data Structure

• Design and set up structured tracking formats using Excel/Google Sheets
• Build formulas, validation rules, and basic dashboards for visibility
• Establish clear data flow for external/ non-ClickUp leads
• Identify gaps in current tracking and propose improvements

Reporting structure

• Set up weekly/ monthly reporting formats for management
• Ensure data structure supports accurate reporting and analysis

Workflow & Operations Support

• Assist internal teams with data preparation when required
• Support other operational admin tasks related to data and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• At least 2-3 years experience in related fields.
• Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Basic IT knowledge and comfort working with digital tools, systems, and online platforms.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas, filters, data validation, dashboards.
• Fast learner with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented, organised, and systematic in managing tasks.
• Computer literate and comfortable using Slack and Google Drive, and open to learning new tools and platforms.

Job Descriptions:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and translate them into clear design concepts.

2. Develop comprehensive design proposals, including space planning, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.

3. Produce complete technical documentation such as detailed drawings, elevations and material specifications.

4. Source and select materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures in line with proposed design concept and budget.

5. Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure accurate communication and smooth project execution.

6. Conduct site visits to review progress, verify measurements, and ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.

7. Review drawings, samples, and fabrication details to confirm consistency with approved designs and compliance with regulations.

8. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, documentation preparation, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

9. Maintain organised project records, presentation materials, and documentation for client submissions or authority requirements.

10. Work collaboratively with Senior Designers or Project Leads while independently managing assigned tasks or smaller project scopes.

11. Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude consistent with the company’s culture and expectations.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within a commercial design practice.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, feasible plans.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona and 3Ds Max.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, design standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage, particularly for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to consistently achieve performance targets (KPI). 
2. Deliver ongoing training and support to strengthen sales techniques, deepen knowledge of design concepts, materials, and finishes, and elevate client engagement. 
3. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification through tailored design proposals, mood board presentations, negotiations, and successful contract closures. 
4. Ensure proposals and presentations communicate design vision effectively, reflecting the firm’s brand identity. 
5. Review and assess designers’ outputs including 3D renderings, 2D space plans, moodboards, and construction drawings to confirm alignment with client requirements and budget. 
6. Serve as the key liaison between sales, design, and project management teams, ensuring seamless integration of creative vision, technical execution, and client expectations. 
7. Provide constructive feedback to the design team to enhance visual impact, storytelling, and clarity of client-facing presentations. 
8. Anticipate and resolve challenges in the sales process, design deliverables, procurement choices, or client communications swiftly and effectively. 
9. Prepare and present regular reports to directors on sales performance, pipeline health, client feedback, and market insights specific to the interior design industry.

Requirements:

• Possess an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, ideally within the interior design or related creative industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with on-site exposure preferred.
• Strong drive and passion for achieving sales success and delivering excellence.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max & V-Ray, SketchUp, or equivalent design software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage, particularly for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong skills in presentation, client relationship management, consultation, and strategic prospecting.
• A keen eye for interior design and aesthetics will be considered an advantage.
• Must possess own transport.
